Everything at Strive can be scaled to your current fitness level–so in a typical class you will see soccer moms next to active military next to high school students. In 2009 I was introduced to CrossFit. Constantly varied, functional movements that are performed at a high intensity are a proven recipe for success in fitness. Quickly I started implementing these methodologies into the fitness programs that I prescribed for clients.
As an affiliate CrossFit gym, I look forward to better serving my community under the true definition of fitness. For clients that benefit more from one-on-one, undivided instruction of a coach we offer personal training or skill sessions. For athletes looking to exercise in a community of fellow athletes, we offer Boot Camps and CrossFit classes. My goal as a coach is to help others achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

One of the things I love most about CrossFit is how it helps people change their lives as they become more functional. But beyond that, I love the impact that CrossFit will have on the future generations. Families tend to get fit together, and as Mom’s and Dad’s find CrossFit, they raise their kids to be healthy for a lifetime, and create a ripple effect in the future. #fitfam is real! My wife and I look forward to welcoming our first child into the world this May(2019), and CrossFit has helped give us the tools to raise her to be healthy forever. I can’t wait to help coach YOU to be the same.

SHERIDAN SMITH

ABOUT SHERIDAN SMITH
Sheridan tried protocol after protocol in hopes of healing herself until she decided to take her health into her own hands and pursue nutrition as a means of regaining her health. She began feeling better and her symptoms were starting to make their exit. Sheridan was so excited and motivated to help others that are struggling with their health that she enrolled in the Holistic Nutrition program at Bauman College. She has been working with clients since her completion of the program in 2017 and loving it! Sheridan has worked with clients that want to learn better eating habits, lose weight, detox their body, become stronger in the gym and live more fulfilled and active lifestyles.
In the middle of Sheridan’s illness, she found CrossFit thanks to Coach Blake and Coach Jeff. “CrossFit is one of the best parts of my life! The motivation, encouragement and support you receive from our CrossFit community is unmatched. Each member pushes me to be a better version of myself in all areas of my life.” Sheridan encourages everyone to try CrossFit because it is effective, fun, varied and it challenges you mentally and physically.

Brian’s first step with clients is to help them set a vision for their lives. He then works with them to build healthy habits and healthy thoughts to prompt action in achieving that vision. Brian works with people to help them achieve their ideal body weight, reduce stress, increase mindfulness, eat healthy, exercise and much more.
When he’s not with his clients, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Kim, and their 14 year old daughter, Abbey. He’s an avid cyclist and enjoys road biking, mountain biking & running. Brian is an active member of His Hands Church for the last 13 years. He has a passion for creating community for men in the church.

Awards: 5year U.S. Navy Veteran Honorable Discharge, Three time Therapist of the Year for Massage Envy North Atlanta. Among my other commendations are a Military Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and Excellent Rifle and Pistol Medals, as well as medals in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions.

DR. ANDREW ST. BERNARD

ABOUT DR. ANDREW ST. BERNARD
Dr. Andrew St. Bernard received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, GA. His undergraduate degree was received at the University of Western Ontario in Canada, where he graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology.
Dr. St. Bernard was introduced to CrossFit in 2006 when searching for the next challenge after his competitive cheerleading experience with multiple National Championship teams in Canada.
He has also received postdoctoral training in structural care and has done research on how healthy posture relates to optimal function, and how to maximize functional movement. Some of his research has also been published in the Annals of Vertebral Subluxation Research.
He has a passion for serving athletes, and helping them reach personal records that may not have otherwise been possible.
In his spare time, you’ll find Dr. Andrew hanging with his wife Candice and 3 daughters (Gabrielle, Charlotte, and Genevieve), competing in Crossfit competitions, or just tackling a DIY project around the house.

I am a state Licensed Massage & Neuromuscular Therapist, a Certified Flexibility Trainer & Yoga Instructor for Athletes. I am certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine– AND I am also a 3rd degree black belt, a 40+ athlete who wants to keep on MOVING!
