Sign up below to set up a Free No Sweat Intro. The Free Intro is a 30-45 minute meeting with a Strive Trainer. He or she will go over your goals and recommend which of our services would best help you achieve those goals. 
Experienced CrossFitter?
If you have trained at a registered CrossFit Affiliate previously and are looking to join Strive, sign up below to get started with a Free No Sweat Intro.
 
Step 2
After your Free Intro, and you have decided Strive Health & Fitness is right for you, select one of our monthly memberships. One of our expert trainers will help you decide what is best for you based on your needs and current fitness level.
