Dr. Andrew St. Bernard received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, GA. His undergraduate degree was received at the University of Western Ontario in Canada, where he graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology.
Dr. St. Bernard was introduced to CrossFit in 2006 when searching for the next challenge after his competitive cheerleading experience with multiple National Championship teams in Canada.
He has also received post-doctorate training in structural care and has done research on how healthy posture relates to optimal function, and how to maximize functional movement. Some of his research has also been published in the Annals of Vertebral Subluxation Research.
He has a passion for serving athletes, and helping them reach personal records that may not have otherwise been possible.
In his spare time, you’ll find Dr. Andrew hanging with his wife Candice and 3 daughters (Gabrielle, Charlotte, and Genevieve), competing in Crossfit competitions, or just tackling a DIY project around the house.
