Our knowledge of fitness is ever evolving. Therefore how we execute our fitness programs must constantly be updated as well. My name is Jeff Rice, Level 1 CrossFit Coach and I educate students under the principles of CrossFit.
In 2009 I was introduced to CrossFit. Constantly varied, functional movements that are performed at a high intensity are a proven recipe for success in fitness. Quickly I started implementing these methodologies into the fitness programs that I prescribed for clients.
As an affiliate CrossFit gym, I look forward to better serving my community under the true definition of fitness. For clients that benefit more from one-on-one, undivided instruction of a coach we offer personal training or skill sessions. For athletes looking to exercise in a community of fellow athletes, we offer Boot Camps and CrossFit classes. My goal as a coach is to help others achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
