Biography

Sheridan started to gain interest in nutrition in college when she was pursuing a degree in Public Health. Over the course of the following couple years, she graduated and began working for a non-profit that works with chronic and terminally ill children. Her work with the organization spun her interest in nutrition to a deeper level. Not soon after, Sheridan began suffering from a host of symptoms causing her to change her normal routine and daily life. It took over a year to finally receive an answer to her health problems. She found out she was suffering from mold and heavy metal toxicity.

Sheridan tried protocol and after protocol in hopes of healing herself until she decided to take her health into her own hands and pursue nutrition as a means of regaining her health. She began feeling better and her symptoms were starting to make their exit. Sheridan was so excited and motivated to help others that are struggling with their health that she enrolled in the Holistic Nutrition program at Bauman College. She has been working with clients since her completion of the program in 2017 and loving it! Sheridan has worked with clients that want to learn better eating habits, lose weight, detox their body, become stronger in the gym and live more fulfilled and active lifestyles.

In the middle of Sheridan’s illness, she found CrossFit thanks to Coach Blake and Coach Jeff. “CrossFit is one of the best parts of my life! The motivation, encouragement and support you receive from our CrossFit community is unmatched. Each member pushes me to be a better version of myself in all areas of my life.” Sheridan encourages everyone to try CrossFit because it is effective, fun, varied and it challenges you mentally and physically.
