We firmly believe CrossFit can help anyone. That being said, group classes are not for everyone. Personal Training gives the extra accountability and attention to those who need it. If you’re someone who ‘falls off the wagon’ easily, this program works great for you. Our Personal Training schedules can fit ANY work schedule! Personal Training members enjoy fully customized workout routines and a more flexible timetable for completing the workouts
NUTRITION IS THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING WE DO.
You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. CrossFit makes you accountable: The workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before, but we’ve known for YEARS that we could do better. Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME.
For Elementary aged kids, this program is designed to introduce them to CrossFit concepts. The class duration is relatively short for the younger group and its play-based curriculum is entirely geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills.
Our teens and Preteens programs have one major goal in mind- PERFORMANCE. This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in. On top of that, because the workouts are constantly varied, they are less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.
This is an express, 45 minute, community-based class that will help you reach your goals of burning fat and building muscle.
You will get to experience MyZone, a heart rate monitoring system, to ensure that you are always in your target heart rate range to see the results you want to achieve. With your data live streamed during workouts, you will be held accountable not only from yourself, but your coaches, and everyone in the FastFit Community.
The Legends Program is for those athletes who are typically aged 55 and up. Functional movement is the key to a long quality life. Having the ability to pick up groceries, walk up and down stairs, and increase bone density are all important as we age. At Strive we aim to extend the quality of our athletes’ lives as much as possible. If you’re looking to start living well again, this is the place for you!
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.
Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
